Customer requests straight to your line.
Premier, institutional-grade ramp operations management. RampRelay puts every customer order in front of your fuelers and CSRs the moment it's submitted, with the tail, fuel grade, amount, and notes already filled in — then rolls the work up into live ramp, manager, and executive boards. Fewer handoffs, faster turnarounds, numbers you can run on.
Everything your customers ask for, in one place.
Pick the services you offer. Each lands on your order form with a sensible default layout, so customers send complete requests with the details already captured. No phone tag and no re-keying.

One flow, from customer request to invoice.
Customers send complete requests
Customers open your airport's link on any device, pick services, and fill in the details before they're on the ramp. No app to install and nothing for your CSRs to re-key.
Orders land in your crew's queue
Every request arrives with the tail, fuel grade, amount, and notes already filled in, right in front of your fuelers and CSRs the moment it's submitted.
A live board for the ramp
Track every turn across lanes as the work moves. Status changes are logged against IATA AHM stages, so there's a clear record if a bill ever gets questioned.
Invoicing that follows the work
Turn completed orders into clean, itemised invoices with the tax breakdown. No double entry between the ramp and the back office.
A 20-minute walkthrough, set up live for your airport.
One dataset, three altitudes.
Every order your crew works becomes a number the moment it moves. RampRelay reads the same live data at three altitudes — the ramp floor, the shift manager, and the executive running the network — so nobody re-keys a report and everyone reads from one source of truth.
The ramp board
A live wall-display board of every turn moving across your lanes, updated the instant a status changes. Your fuelers and CSRs work one screen instead of guessing on the radio.
- On ramp now
- Departed today
- Overdue turns
- Today's total
The manager board
Location-level analytics over any date range: average response time, fuel dispensed, on-time performance, and the full order history filtered by service, customer, or fueler.
- Avg response time
- Litres dispensed
- On-time performance
- History by customer
The executive board
A chain-wide cockpit across every location, live. Network KPIs, per-airport scorecards, and hourly fuel volume on one screen — sorted by most active, highest volume, or best on-time.
- Network active orders
- Oldest pending, by ICAO
- On-time across the chain
- Fuel volume by hour
Live boards refresh on their own — the ramp board updates the instant a status changes, and the executive board polls the whole network every 30 seconds.
Built for your line crew — trusted in the boardroom.
No app to install
A simple per-airport URL. Works on any device, filled out before the ramp.
Priced for a single FBO
One simple monthly rate a single location can justify. Not enterprise pricing.
Auditable status history
Every status change is logged and IATA AHM aligned, so billing questions are easy to settle.
API-ready
Pipe in orders from airline dispatch, charter ops, or your own scheduling system.
Daily fuel tank readings
Track Jet A-1 and AVGAS levels per tank. Spot reorder points before you run dry.
Customer accounts
Airlines and flight departments get their own portal with history across every FBO.
The questions FBOs ask us.
Do customers need to download an app or create an account?
No. Customers open your airport's link on any device, pick the services they need, and submit. There is nothing to install and nothing for your CSRs to walk them through.
How long does setup take?
The base setup is short — mostly choosing the services you offer, which we do with you on the demo call. What adds time is anything that has to move: existing customer and pricing data, or an accounting integration. We scope that with you up front so you know the timeline before you commit.
What does it cost?
Less than you'd expect. RampRelay is priced so a single independent FBO can say yes without a budget meeting. We'll show you the exact number on the demo.
Will it fit how our ramp already works?
Yes. RampRelay changes how orders reach you, not how your crew works. Requests land in one queue with the details filled in. You keep your radios and your process, and stop re-keying orders.
We already use FBO software. Does this replace it?
Not necessarily. RampRelay handles order intake and the line queue, and it has an API, so orders can flow into whatever you already use for accounting or scheduling.
